>>Overview

It can monitor the real-time concentration of particulate matter and gaseous pollutants in the flue gas emitted from stationary pollution sources (such as boilers, industrialfurnaces, incinerators, etc.), enabling supervision of production and emissions fromthe source.

CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System) generally consists of three basic components: the gaseous pollutant monitoring unit (SO2, NO, NO2), the flue gas parameter monitoring unit (temperature, pressure, flow rate, O2, humidity), and the data acquisition and processing unit.

The sample gas passes through a high-temperature heated pipeline, undergoes dustremoval via atwo-stage filter,and is dehumidified by a two-stage condensation system before directly entering the gas chamber of the analyzer. The gas chamber ishoused within the analyzer and connected to an ultraviolet differential analyzer via ultraviolet optical fibers, achieving accurate measurement of the flue gas.
